The problem
A Malaysian beauty enterprise ran orders, commission, stock and payouts across spreadsheets and platforms, with no single system and no accurate profit per order.
What we built
One Laravel system: role-based admin for orders, commission and payroll; public storefront with Billplz and affiliate links; plus inventory, purchasing, accounting and HR modules.

Every order traced from purchase order to reconciled profit

- Orders from manual, TikTok, Shopee and the storefront in one pipeline
- Public storefront with Billplz payments and weight-based postage
- Affiliate links with commission rules that never double-pay
- Stock moves automatically on every sale, return and purchase order
- Invoices, SST and P&L generated from reconciled actual figures
- Payroll, leave, claims and attendance for every staff member
