Multi-Vendor Marketplace Platform
A full marketplace where independent sellers list products, manage their own orders, and get paid out — with the platform owner taking commission automatically.
The problem
Local sellers were running storefronts across scattered Facebook pages and WhatsApp catalogues. There was no single place for buyers to browse, no stock control, and every payout was calculated by hand in a spreadsheet at the end of the month.
What we built
We built a three-sided platform: a customer storefront, a vendor panel where each seller manages their own products and orders, and an owner panel for approvals, commission rates and payouts. Checkout splits a mixed cart by vendor, calculates commission per line, and decrements stock atomically. Payments run through SenangPay with FPX and card, plus COD.
