Appointment booking, patient records, treatment packages and per-branch reporting for a wellness group operating across several outlets.
The problem
Each branch kept its own appointment book and its own patient files. Head office had no view of utilisation, therapists were double-booked, and package sessions were tracked on paper cards that customers routinely lost.
What we built
A single system with branch-scoped data: each outlet sees only its own schedule, while head office sees everything. Treatment packages became digital balances that decrement on each visit, therapists get assigned by availability, and reminders go out automatically before appointments.
